Applies Gaussian blur to the image.

void gaussianBlurTo(int kernelSize, double sigma, Image dstImage)

Parameters

kernelSize int

in Size of the Gaussian kernel. Must be positive and odd.

sigma double

in Gaussian kernel standard deviation.

dstImage Image

in The destination Image that receives the blurred image.
